- Menard's has begun construction on an expansion to their existing store on Steffens. The project will add a 27,648 sf permanent garden center on the east side of the store, relocate the yard entrance to the west side of the store, and construct an approximately 31,277 sf warehouse for product storage. The store will remain open during the construction project.

The Bellevue Site Plan Review Commission conditonally approved an approximately 9,200 square foot retail building that will be constructed at the southwest corner of CTH GV (Lime Kiln Road) and CTH O (Allouez Avenue) at their regulary scheduled meeting on December 8, 2011. Construction is anticipated to begin towards the end of March or early April. There will be at least 5 tenant spaces and the developer has indicated that 3 of the spaces have committments to lease.
The developer of the project is Endeavour Corp, Inc of Milwaukee, WI.
The architecture firm that designed the building is STO Architecture, LLC of Shorewood, WI.
The engineering frim for the project is R.A. Smith National of Brookfield, WI.
